Tasting notes

Upon pouring, the rich, ruby color with amber reflections immediately reveals itself – visual evidence of its ripe age. The bouquet is rich in dried fruit, with subtle notes of plums, figs and a hint of vanilla from the oak.

The palate is a small wonder of balance: the natural sweetness is perfectly tempered by pleasing acidity, resulting in a complex, long finish that continues to captivate

Serving tip: May be stored in the refrigerator. Serve and taste at fresh room temperature is perfect. Once opened: storage advice 2 months.
