Tasting notes:

Nose: Powerful and spicy, cocoa powder, crystallized ginger, kiwi along with raspberries and very ripe plums.

Palate: thick and tough with rye-like spices. Hints of oak with honey butter, coconut flakes, green grapes and cardamom

Finish: Lemon butter, oak-aged chardonnay and cream with stewed rhubarb in the background.
