Tasting notes:

Nose: Roasted red peppers, grilled pineapple and peaches, tobacco, polished antique snuff boxes, hoisin sauce, plum sauce, roast duck and a velvet tuxedo jacket.

Palate: Spiced duck, library full of old books, velvet riding jacket, amber apple made of oranges pierced with cloves and star anise.

Finish: Lamb roasted with meat sauce and a spicy chutney, cardamom, cloves and star anise on an oak platter, plus a hint of vanilla at the end of the long, lingering finish.
