Nose: fully ripe white fruit, pears, apples, mirabelle plums, apricots, candied oranges, vineyard peaches, quince jelly, gooseberries, caramel caramel, rapeseed honey, vanilla croissants, apple jelly.

Palate: fine spice, orchard, ripe white fruit, mirabelle plums, apples, pears, gooseberries, vineyard peaches, nectarines, white currants, quince jelly, candied oranges, honey, caramel caramel, vanilla pod, almond strips, slightly dry.
