Tasting notes:

Nose: Cherries and spices. Cherry jam, cinnamon and cloves catch my eye. Plus plum jam and sultanas, cinnamon stars, sweet pipe tobacco and dried cranberries.

Taste: Sweet and spicy, Christmassy. Cardamom, cinnamon and cloves, maple syrup and candied apples, Black Forest cake, cinnamon milk coffee, cedar.

Finish: Medium-long, warming and in keeping with the previous aromas. The finish rounds out the Christmas flavors and becomes slightly dry towards the end.
