This whiskey was created through the careful selection of Oloroso & Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Jerez. The barrels are made of American white oak, as well as Spanish oak from the forests of northern Galicia. Bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered and with no added colour, this is the perfect whiskey for all sherry lovers.
