Hibiki, meaning “resonance”, was launched in 1989 to celebrate Suntory’s 90th anniversary and has ever since been embraced as the epitome of The Art of Japanese Whisky, the very product of Japanese nature and its people. The Hibiki Whisky range is a harmonious blend of multiple malt and grain whiskies, carefully blended to create a complete orchestra of flavors and aromas.

Hibiki Whisky was brought to life by the craftsmanship of the blenders at the House of Suntory Whisky. The Master Blender tastes over 100 malt whiskey samples and has the final say on the subtle, refined and complex taste of Suntory whisky. “To become a blender at Suntory you have to be able to communicate with whiskies that can’t speak.” Founder Sinjiro Torii’s words live on in the minds of all Suntory blenders. The Art of Blending is a continuous collaboration between blenders from the past and the future.
