This Clairin is the result of the distillation of Crystalline sugar cane grown on the magnificent plateau of Saint Michel de l’Attalaye aged five years in Haiti. Vieux Sajous is the result of a blend of 18 barrels which had previously contained single malt or rum, enhancing the evolution from Clairin’s primary frafrance to an aromatic complexity due to the esterfication process.
